Uploading - Downloading - Deleting Master Files

On the other hand all Downloading is SAFE as it has no effect on what is stored on the server.

The process of uploading and download master files is useful in making mass changes. To Upload:

In order to perform an upload of the master file it is necessary to create a 'header' line in the 'excel spread sheet'.

This is easiest done by first doing the download from the server inorder to get the proper header you will need for the upload to the server.

• Save your file in a known location in order that you can select it when doing the upload.
• Make your changes to the products and do the down load. It is best to do a limited number of products as any syntax error in any column will prevent the upload from executing.
